Ionia Sentinel - Thursday, March 30, 1882

Haviland Wolverton, whose severe sickness and return from Colorado, where he went 
hoping to receive benefit from the change of air, died this morning at 9 o'clock at
the 
residence of hie father-in-law, Henry L. Mitchell. Mr. Wolverton was quite a young
man, 
being only 26 years of age, and his untimely death will be regretted by a wide
circle 
of friends. His remains will be taken to Carson City for interment on Saturday.
