Ionia Sentinel Standard, 15 Nov 1968

Mrs. Edna Amy Wood, 83, of Oaklane road, Lyons, died late Thursday at Ionia
Manor.  She was born in Martin county, Minn. September 6, 1885 the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Holly Livingston.  In 1904 she was married to George Wood in
Minnesota who preceded her in death in 1920.  She was a member of Lyons Baptist
church.

Surviving are two sons, Kenneth and Perry of Lyons; three daughters, Mrs. Holden
Cook, Mrs. Floyd Begerow of rural Ionia and Mrs. E. Norman Wakefield of Lyons,
20 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren; three sisters of Minnesota.

Mrs. Wood will be at Shaw Rivett Hull funeral home in Muir until noon Sunday
when she will be taken to Lyons Baptist church for funeral services at 2:30 p.m.
 A memorial fund has been established for the Lyons Baptist Church.
