The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, April 26, 1979
Margaret V. Wood, 75, of 707 Armstrong Road, Lansing, died Tuesday in 
Lansing.  Mrs. Wood was born in Wisconsin and was a former Portland resident.

She is survived by one son, William, of Lansing; one niece, Katherine, of 
Lansing; two sisters, Mrs. Nola Rollo of Belding and Mrs. Cleola Mascott of 
Wisconsin; and one grandchild.

Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. from St. Patrick’s Catholic church in 
Portland with Rev. Donald Weber officiating.  Burial will be in Portland 
cemetery.  Funeral arrangements were made by Neller Funeral Home.
