Ionia Sentinel, Thurs., July 15, 1886
Barney Wood died at Woodard Lake yesterday, aged 52 years.  Mr. Wood was 
highly respected by his neighbors as a man of integrity and honor, and his 
death is considered a great loss to the community.  He will be buried today, 
July 15.

Burial in Woodard Lake cemetery.
