The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Monday, December 9, 1940
Mrs. Louise Wood, former Ionia resident, died at the home of her daughter, 
Mrs. Harold Smith, in Kalamazoo, Saturday morning, December 7.  She had made 
her home with her daughter for the past year.  She was a member of the Grace 
Episcopal church of Grand Rapids.  Funeral services were held for her Monday 
in Grand Rapids.  Surviving are one son, Delmar Wood of Grand Rapids; and the 
daughter, Mrs. Smith.
