The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Monday, November 9, 1942
Mrs. Lottie M. Woodard, 75, of Muir died Monday morning at the home of her 
son, Ora Woodard, of Easton township.  She had been in ill health for some 
time.  Born July 16, 1867 in Berlin township, she was the daughter of Henry 
and Charlotte Sherwood.  On January 16, 1889 she was married to Edgar L. 
Woodard who survives her.  She is also survived by two sons, Ora E. Woodard of 
Easton and Arrie L. Woodard of Lyons; and eight grandchildren.  Funeral 
services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Myers funeral 
home and burial will be in Saranac cemetery.
