Ionia County News, 27 Jan 1944

Joseph Milton Woodman, 87, died January 10, at the home of his daughter, Mrs.
Gertrude Walter, after a brief illness.  He was born in Keene township, July 28,
1857, and spent all of his life in this community.  Surviving besides the
daughter are three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Funeral services
were held from the Morris Funeral Home, at 2:30, Wednesday, and burial was made
in Saranac cemetery.
