Kathleen (Gavin) Wright, age 40, of Ionia, passed away peacefully in her home 
surrounded by her loving family and Hospice of Ionia Monday, February 21, 
2005.  She was born May 31, 1964 in Grand Rapids the daughter of John (Jack) 
and Mary Lou (Coolsen) Gavin.  She married Robert Wright July 17, 2001.

She is survived by her loving husband Robert (Bobby) Wright of Ionia; children, 
Brittany Wright, Cody Wright; parents Jack and Mary Lou Gavin of Traverse City; 
brothers Rev. Patrick Gavin O. Carm, of California, Dennis Gavin of Traverse 
City; father-in-law Robert Wright of Saranac; mother-in-law Vicki (Floyd) 
Goodwin of Ionia; brother and sisters-in-law, Terri Kerbyson of Ionia, Jeff 
Wright of Kentucky, Wendy Wright of Grand Rapids, Julie (Brett) Berger of 
Ionia; many nieces, nephews, and special friends.  She was preceded in death by 
her brother, Terrence.

A mass of Christian burial will be held 11 a.m. Friday at SS Peter & Paul 
Church with Father Melvin Fox and Rev. Patrick Gavin celebrant.  Interment 
Easton Township cemetery.  Organist Mary Cusack.  The family will receive 
friends and relatives Wednesday 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Thursday 2 p.m. to 4 
p.m. and 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia.  Scripture service 
will be held Thursday 8 p.m. at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers donations 
may be made to Ionia Area Hospice or Catholic Masses.
