Ionia Sentinel Standard, 8 Jan 1923

Howard Wright, a prominent farmer living about two miles south of Pewamo, passed
away at his home this morning at 7:00 o’clock.  He was married 53 years to Mrs.
Lorina Rosecrams and the following children born to them survive their father’s
death: Mrs. Charles Ellis, of Ionia; Mrs. W.W. Hurd, of Montague; Charles Wright
and Miss Carrie Wright, of Pewamo.

Mr. Wright was 78 years old and moved to the farm where he died about 56 years
ago.  He was born in Marshall, Mich., and moved to Pewamo, near his present
farm, when three years of age.  The funeral services will be announced later.
