Ionia County News - Thurs. May 11, 1939

George Wright, 83 years old, who has lived many years on the road just east of 
Tupper lake in Odessa township, died at his home April 29. The funeral was held 
Sunday afternoon at his home with Rev. S. S. Cox officiating. Burial was in 
Lakeside cemetery in the family lot. His wife, Eunice, preceded him in death a 
few years ago; also his mother and a sister. Mrs. Ella Coon, a sister, has 
lived with him since the death of his wife.
