They came to Ionia county, Michigan in the year of 1854, where she had resided ever since, first in Orange township, and for the last twenty years in Odessa township. The union of Mr. and Mrs. Wright was blessed with four children, three sons and one daughter, David, George L., Franklin , and Ella M. the daughter passing away at he age of twelve years. The husband and father was called to his heavenly home April the 26th, 1863, the wife and mother following him February the 18th, 1924, at the ripe old age of ninty years, eleven months and fourteen days. She was very quiet and reserved in nature, kind and loving to every one, and was very tenderly and lovingly cared for by her three children, who spared no pains to make her declining years as pleasant as possible. Mrs. Wright leaves to mourn their loss, three devoted children, one brother and a host of relatives and friends. The funeral services were held at the home Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 20, and conducted by E. G. Elder, C. B. Griffin, and the remains laid to rest in Lakeside cemetery, Dear loving Mother, We all loved so well, Her spirit has flown to heaven, With Jesus to dwell. Dear loving Mother, So patient and kind, Now her eyes are open Which were once blind. Dear loving Mother, We will miss her here, her place is now vacant, Her voice no more we'll hear. Dear loving Mother Has just gone before, She is waiting our coming O'er on the other shore. CARD OF THANKS We wish to express our sincere thanks to our relatives, friends and neighbors fro the kindness and sympathy shown us during the ilness and death of our beloved mother, and for the beautiful floral offerings, to Rev.
