Maxine Helen (Husted) Wright, 68, of Ionia died July 28, 2015, after a lengthy
and courageous battle with Leukemia.

She was born on July 22, 1947, to Richard and Helen (Thomas) Husted in Palo and
is survived by son Shane (Mindy) Husted of Grandville and daughter Betsy
(Brandie) Roberts of Ionia.  In addition to her children, she is survived by her
grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Troy (Amy) Foster, Keegan Foster, Thomas
(Abby) Stalter, Tyler Husted, Jacob Foster, Cooper Roberts, Sadie Roberts and
Eli Roberts and one great-granddaughter, Remy.  Maxine is also survived by her
siblings, Vicki (Floyd) Goodwin, Thomas (Suno) Husted and George (Joy) Husted
and several nieces and nephews.  Maxine is preceded in death by her parents and
her sister Sandra.

Maxine graduated from Ionia High School, attended Davenport College and over the
years, she was employed at various companies, including Chrysler Trim Plant and
ITM.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial/luncheon
will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015, at the moose Lodge in Ionia. 
Memorial contributions can be made to Great Lakes Caring Hospice Foundation or
to the Ionia Community Library.  We would like to thank the wonderful staff of
Great Lakes Carin g Hospice for the wonderful care that they provided.  Services
were entrusted to Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding.
