Jeffery Scott Wright, age 44, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 27, 2006 
surrounded by his family after a long battle with cancer.  He was born on 
February 27, 1962 in Ionia.  Jeff worked for the Saturn Company for 16 years.  
He enjoyed boating, his cars and being outdoors. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Richard & Helen Husted and 
George Wright; stepmother, Charlene Wright; sister-in-law, Kathy Wright; and 
stepbrother, Gregory Goodwin. Surviving are his father, Bob Wright of Saranac; 
mother, Vicki (Floyd) Goodwin of Ionia; sisters, Terri Kerbyson of Ionia, 
Wendy Wright of Grand Rapids, Julie (Brett) Berger of Ionia; brother, Bobby 
Wright of Ionia; special friend, Charley Orndorff of Kentucky; grandmother, 
Florence Wright of Ionia; several nieces and nephews; stepsister, Stacy (Ron) 
Knauf of Cedar Springs; and stepbrothers, Jeff Goodwin and Craig Goodwin of 
Ionia. 

The funeral service will be conducted by Pastor Judith Shaver at 11:00 a.m. 
Friday, March 31, 2006 at First Presbyterian Church, 125 Main St., Ionia. The 
family will receive friends at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, Ionia 
Chapel, 220 Rich St., from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday. Interment will be in 
Easton Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. 
Complete arrangements are being handled by the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, 
Ionia.
