Mrs. Marquerite “Ione” (Wright) Wylie, age 88, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 
2007. Mrs. Wylie was a Registered Nurse and also had a degree in Nursing 
Administration. From 1957 until 1972 Marquerite and her husband, Floyd owned 
and operated Ionia Manor in Ionia, MI. 

She is survived by her sons, James (Patricia) Wylie, John (Cheryl) Wylie, 
Robert (Rose) Wylie, and Dave (Manuela) Wylie; grandchildren, Laura (Damien) 
Drago, Jaimey Wylie, Jon (Denise) Wylie, Rebecca (Kevin) Zweedyk, and Mari 
Wylie; great-grandchildren, Nicholas Wylie, Hunter Wylie, Hailey Zweedyk, 
Tyler Zweedyk, and Carson Zweedyk. She was preceded in death by her husband, 
Floyd Wylie, and her grandson, Mark Wylie. 

The Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Wylie will be offered on Saturday at 
10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church with The Rev. Thomas 
Page presiding. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider 
Spectrum Hospice. The Rosary will be prayed on Friday evening at 7:30 p.m. at 
the funeral home. Friends may meet with Mrs. Wylie's family from 6 to 8 p.m. 
Friday evening at the funeral home.  The Pederson Funeral Home, Rockford.
