Yager Died Suddenly The community was shocked to learn of the sudden death of Mrs. Edith Haddix Yager on Thursday afternoon of last week. She was widely known in the village and surrounding community through her efficient and friendly service given while frequently assisting at the Haddix-Yager market which they conducted here for a number of years. She was a member of the Lake Odessa First Congregational church. She was united in marriage to Clarence J. Yager in 1912. Besides the husband she is survived by a daughter Mrs. Robert (Elaine) Broderick of Detroit, and her mother. Funeral services were held at the home Saturday afternoon with the Rev. William B. Paterson officiating. Burial was in Lakeside.
