Funeral services for Mrs. May Yates, 74, of route 1, Lyons will be Wednesday 
at 1:30 p.m. at Neller funeral home in Portland with Rev. Robert Treat 
officiating and burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Lansing.

Mrs. Yates, a Portland area resident over 15 years, died Monday at Ionia 
County Memorial hospital.

She leaves a son, Thomas L. Roberts of Haslett; one daughter, Mrs. Lelah E. 
Munson of Portland; six grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
