Ionia Sentinel Standard, 28 Jun 1989

Lyle F. Yeasley, 71, of Traverse City, formerly of Ionia, died June 25 as a 
result of injuries sustained in a car accident June 23.  He was born May 1, 
1918 in Ionia, the son of Frank and Vera (Pearl) Yeasley.

He was employed as a maintenance person.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. James (Carol) Fitzgerald of Cedar Springs and 
Luanna Riches of Phoenix, Ariz.; four grandchildren; two brothers, Harold and 
Sherman Yeasley of Ionia; and a sister, Mrs. Rex (Vera) Munger of Greenville.  
Preceding him in death were his parents, and a brother, Frank.

Funeral services will be Thursday, June 29, at 1 p.m. at the Pederson Funeral 
Home, 127 N. Monroe St., Rockford, the Rev. Dan Bennett officiating.  Burial 
will be in Orleans Cemetery.  Visitation will be at the funeral home from noon 
until service time Thursday.
