She was born July 24, 1918, in Detroit, the daughter of Frank and Catherine (Bouladvich) Losonsky. She went on to marry John Yenchar on July 15, 1939 in Ionia. Mrs. Yenchar was involved in many community activities and leaves many friends. She is survived by her husband, John of Ionia; daughter, Elizabeth and David Hausserman of Fenwick; sons, John Yenchar and special friend, Sue, of Fenwick, and Steven and Jane Yenchar of Ionia; brothers, Frnak and Nancy Losonsky of Georgia, and Steve and Rose Losonsky of Alaska; sister, Helen and John Slezak of South Lyons, Mich.; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Yenchar are 1 p.m. Monday at St. John’s Lutheran Church with the Rev. Paul Yanke officiating. Interment will follow in Easton Cemetery. A visitation was held Sunday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and another will be held today at the church from 11 a.m. until the time of services. Anyone wishing may make memorial contributions to the St. John’s Lutheran Church or to the fund to place a new clock in the Ionia County Courthouse Dome. Arrangements by Lake Funeral Home, Ionia.
