Yeomans, 74, died at her home in Easton township at 10:25 Friday morning, November 4, after an illness of two years. Ola M. Snell was born in Easton township on August 13, 1875, the daughter of George A. and Ann C. Snell. She was married to Edwin S. Yeomans, February 16, 1904. A life long resident of Easton, all of her married life was spent on the farm where she died Friday. Mrs. Yeomans was a member of the first Methodist Church, Ionia, the W.S.C.S., and the Janetta Howard Class of the church. Surviving are her husband, Edwin; two sons, Edwin R. and Gerald D. Yeomans; a daughter, Mrs. Olive F. Sweet, and nine grandchildren. A son, Russell, died in 1911. She also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Kathleen Heald, Pomona, Calif. and Cora I. Snell of Washington, D.C., and a brother, Eugene Snell, of Ionia. Preceding her in death were two sisters, Libbie Keller and Vada Snell and three brothers, Willard, Leslie and Walter Snell. Largely attended funeral services were held Monday afternoon from Boynton Funeral Home. Rev. Howard A. Smith of the First Methodist Church officiated and burial was in the family lot in Highland Park Cemetery. Bearers were Hixon Keller, Price Haddock, Brook Fuller, Maurice Yeomans, Albert Johnson and Walter Yeomans.
