FINAL RITES FOR WILMA YORK

Mrs.Wilma York, 72, of Sebewa Center passed away Friday morning, March 7.

Mrs.York was born April 17, 1902 at Eagle in Clinton County, daughter of William 
and Mary (Sep) Meyers. She lived 65 years in Sebewa Township and was a charter 
member of the Lake Odessa Nazarene Church.

Surviving are her husband, John; one daughter, Mrs.Geneva Speas of Holt; three 
sons, Bernard of Pasadena, Calif.; Ronald of Grand Ledge and John R. of Lake 
Odessa; 7 grandchildren; one sister, Mrs.Elfa Creighton of Portland; 2 brothers, 
William Meyers of Lyons and August Meyers of Lake Odessa.

Services wee held at 1:00 p.m. Monday at Mapes-Fisher Funeral Home in Sunfield 
with Rev. Glenn Rairith and Rev.Joseph Speas officiating. Burial was in East 
Sebewa Cemetery.
