The Ionia Standard, Friday, March 7, 1895


Sylvester Young died Friday p.m.  He has been in poor health for a long time, 
and for several months has been unable to do much.  He was 60 years of age, 
and had lived in Ionia nearly thirty years.  He leaves a wife and one son, 
Edward, whose home is in Montana, but who has been here two or three months, 
on account of his father’s health.
