Brian Dwight Young, age 58 of Ionia, passed away Dec. 15, 2015, in Lansing.  He
was born April 14, 1957, in Ionia, the son of Paul and Elaine (Robson) Young. 
Brian graduated from Saranac High School, Class of 1975.  He loved fishing,
shooting targets, and attending professional athletics.  Brian had a passion for
music and family was a priority in his life.

Brian is survived by his parents, Paul and Elaine Young of Ionia; children,
Candi (Paul) MacGrayne of Rockford, Kristopher (Julie) Young of Texas, Jason
(Tiffany) Young of Grand Rapids, and Jesse Young of Grand Rapids; grandchildren,
Jacob, Allissa, Hailee, and Jaxson; brother, Robert (Rae Ann) Young of Ionia;
sister, Linda Blum of Lowell; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 19 at Saranac Community
Church with Pastor Becky Poor and Pastor Ken Himebaugh officiating.  Visitation
on Friday from 4-7 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in Saranac.  Those wishing may make
contributions to the Ionia Hunting & Fishing Club or the Berlin Orange Fire Dept.
