Ionia Daily Sentinel, 2 Oct 1913

Miss May Young, oldest daughter of John A. and Grace Young, died at her mother’s
home in Ionia township, Sept. 27, 1913, aged 34 years, 7 months and 16 days. 
During all the years of May’s life she lovingly and tenderly cared for her
invalid mother.

She leaves besides her mother, one sister, one brother and many relatives and
friends to mourn the loss of a kind and loving sister and friend, but what is
our loss is her gain and we all are fully resigned to leave her in the hands of
a loving Savior.

Card of Thanks.

We wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to the friends and neighbors for the
kindness and sympathy shown us through the illness and death of our sister.

buried in North Plains Cemetery.]
