The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, December 8, 1958
Funeral service for Mrs. Irene Mae Young, 43, was held Saturday at 2 p.m. at 
Stone-Kauffman funeral home with the Rev. Hubert Ellis of Belding, 
officiating.  Bearers were Wilbur Young, Floyd Hoppough, Albert Lemke, Vern 
Essington, Dale Haney and Lynn Rogers.  Interment was at Orleans cemetery.

Attending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Ted Fernand of Grand Ledge, Mr. 
and Mrs. Alvin Nelson and Dianne of Kankakee, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Godfrey 
Nelson and Gerald of Cabery, Ill., Mrs. Harry Fairfield off Sibley, Ill., Mrs. 
Elvert Young, Mr. and Mrs. Cullen Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Stone and Mr. and 
Mrs. Lyle Simmons of Detroit; Mrs. Louise Schroeder of Pontiac, Mrs. Bertha 
Moe of Downey, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. William Rusher and Ford Wilson of Utica, 
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Richart and daughter of Center Line, Mrs. Ethel Thorpe, Mr. 
and Mrs. Steve Sutton and Thomas Possehn of Portland, Mr. and Mrs. Russell 
Nelson, Mr. and Mrs. William Possehn, Herbert Possehn, Mr. and Mrs. Harold 
Possehn and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Possehn of Lake Odessa.
