PORTLAND- Blanche L. Young, 74, of 1800 Lillian Blvd., died Monday at a Lansing 
hospital.

She was born July 6, 1905 at Sand Lake, the daughter of Harvey Phillips and 
Lula Pangborn.

A retired nurse, she was a member of the Portland VFWs 4090 Auxiliary.

She is survived by two sons, Donald of California and Richard of Big Rapids.

Services are being arranged by the Neller Funeral Home. Details will be 
announced.
