Belding Banner – Wednesday 2 February 1920

Daniel Youngs, aged 84 years, died at his home 73 Morton Ave. Sunday night at 
about nine o’clock.  The funeral was held Wednesday morning at ten o’clock, 
Rev. H. E. Curch officiating and burial was in River Ridge cemetery.  Mr. 
Youngs was for a number of years a resident of Grattan and it was planned on 
taking his body to the Grattan cemetery for burial but owing to the condition 
of the roads, this idea was given up and he was buried here.
