Ionia Sentinel Standard, 28 May 1935

Funeral services for Henry Zander, 22, son of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Zander, 127
Tower street, who died Friday afternoon at the University hospital at Ann Arbor
following an illness of tuberculosis, were held from the Myers funeral home
Monday afternoon at 2:30 with Rev. Edward J. Nest, pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran
church officiating.  Bearers were Francis Zander, Lynn Simmons, Donald Zander,
Alec Robertson, Milo Grove and Harold Hartman.  Music was furnished by St.
Paul’s Lutheran church choir and flowers were in charge of Elger Dean and Foster
Kenny.  Interment was at Balcom cemetery.
