Ionia County Shoppers Guide, 4 Oct 2003

Ethel Irene Zander, “Cookie Grandma”, 87, of Ionia passed away September 30, 
2003.  Survivors include her children Robert (Patricia) Zander and Charleene 
(Judson) Kingsley; grandchildren: John (Sue) Kingsley, Jill (Greg) Smith, Lisa 
(Tony) Cunningham, Tim Kingsley, Rebecca (Keith) Merwin and Captain Daniel 
Zander; great grandchildren: Nathan Baes, Johnny Kingsley, Elisabeth Kingsley, 
Tyler Cunningham and Scott Smith; sister-in-law Ruth Seybold; many nieces, 
nephews and cousins.  Funeral services were held October 2 with burial in Balcom 
Cemetery.  Arrangements by Lake Funeral Home in Ionia.
