The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Friday, September 14, 1956

Funeral services for Mrs. Meta Zander, 38, wife of Francis Zander of 478 Hill 
street, who died Tuesday morning, September 11, at her home, were conducted 
Thursday afternoon, September 13 at 2 o’clock at St. John’s Lutheran church, 
with the Rev. Eric Cash officiating.  Interment was in the Highland Park 
cemetery.

Bearers were LaVern Zander, Joe Rybicki, Bert Husted, Orville Rivers, James 
Knop and Bud Putnam.

Funeral arrangements were in care of the Boynton funeral home.
