LINA ZAUKELIES DIED SUNDAY
Mrs.Lina Zaukelies 83 died Sunday night at the home of her son John at 1416 Hess
Ave., Lansing. She lived at Detroit after coming to this country from Germany in 1900
before moving to White Cloud in 1919. Her husband died in 1908. She was a charter member of
the Church of God at White Cloud.

Surviving are three sons, Fred of Munising. William and John of Lansing and nine 
grandchildren.

Funeral service were held Wednesday at 2 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel with burial
in Lakeside cemetery. Rev. J. R. Masters and Rev. Lyle Jackson officiated. John
Zaukelies was a former local resident.
