Ernest W. Zeller, age 47, of Ionia passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, March 
16, 2005 in Ionia.  He was born October 26, 1957 in Zeeland the son of Warren 
and Betty (Rich) Zeller.  He married Carol Menzel April 4, 1982 in Ionia.  He 
was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church.

Ernest is survived by his loving wife Carol Zeller of Ionia; children Beth 
Zeller of Ionia, Mark Zeller of Ionia; father Warren Zeller of Ionia; brothers 
Rodney (Connie) Zeller of Orleans, Walter (Janice) Zeller of Grand Rapids; 
sisters Irene (Ed) Lipinski of Florida, Peggy (Leo) Postle Jr. of Cascade, Rose 
(Paul) Newcomb of Ionia and Arlene (Bob) Samuelson of Zeeland.

He was preceded in death by his mother Betty in 2002, one sister Helen and his 
mother and father-in-law.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday at St. John’s Lutheran Church 
with Rev. David Bogda officiating.  The family will receive friends and 
relatives Tuesday 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia.  Anyone 
wishing may make memorial contributions in Ernest’s name to family choice.
