VIRGINIA ZIMMERMANN of Charlotte
Died August 2, 2019-age 66 in Lansing.
Born August 20, 1952 in St. John's, MI to the late Nick & Helen (Simunek) 
Zimmermann.
Graduated from Portland High School, class of 1970.
Went to work for Michigan Department of Management and Budget.
In early years Virginia was a great athlete, playing softball and Bowling.
Also enjoyed camping, fishing, reading daily newspapers, playing golf at 
Centennial Acres golf course.
Survived by special friend, Senga "Penny" Knupp; 5 siblings, 2 sisters-in-
law, and many nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by 2 brothers. 
Celebration of Virginia's life will be on Saturday, August, 19, 2019, at 11 
a.m. at Holihan-Atkin-Barclay Funeral Home, Grand Ledge.
