LAKE ODESSA- Rev. Daniel E. Zook, 67, died early Wednesday morning at Ferguson-
Droste hospital in Grand Rapids following an extended illness.

He was a retired framer and minister of the Bowne Mennonite church, 34 years 
retiring in 1972 due to illness.

He was born in White Cloud and came to Clarksville when one year old. He 
married Edna Yoder of Allendale and they lived in the Clarksville area all 
their lives.

Surviving besides the wife, Edna, are four daughters, Mrs. Joan Sutter and Mrs. 
Evelyn Troyer of Clarksville, Mrs. Marcella Swartz of Lake Odessa and Mrs. 
Beulah Jantzi of AuGres; five sons, Edwin, Dale, Don and Fay, all of Lake 
Odessa, and Keith of North English, Iowa.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 1:30 at the Bowne Mennonite church, 
Clarksville. Rev. Joe Esh of Lyndhurst; Va., Rev. Emanuel Hochestedler of 
Kokomo, Ind., and Rev. Ronald Yutzy of the local church will officiate and 
interment will be at the Bowne Mennonite cemetery.

A memorial has been established for the American Cancer Society.
