Tombstone reads:

HERSHAL R. HAY
BORN MAR 9 1861
DIED
OCT 2, 1931

Additional Comments:
Hershal R. Hay was born 9 Mar 1861 or 1862.  His tombstone says 1861, but 
death and 1900 census records say 1862.  He was born in Nunda, Livingston, NY, 
the son of Hiram M. Hay and Mary E. Norris.  They had two sons and a 
daughter.  Sons George W. Hay and Maurice C. Hay(es) are buried at Clarksville 
Cemetery as well.  His daughter was Clara H. (Hay) Labuhn.
