MISS M. E. BROWN DIES IN DETROIT

Services for Miss Mary Etta Brown, 37 Detroit, who died Monday morning after a 
brief illness, were held today, 3:30 p.m. at the Wetherby's Funeral Home in 
Woodland.  She formerly taught school at Maplegrove, East Leaton.  She was a 
graduate of Central Michigan College.

She lived with her mother, Mrs. Gertrude Brown, at 701 Eaton.  Other survivors 
are 2 sisters, Mrs. Harold Flannery of Jackson and Mrs. Irvin Gollehur of East 
Detroit, and her grandmothers, Mrs. J. F. Braun of Jackson and Mrs. J. S. 
Brown of Fife Lake.
