Services for John V. Knowlton
     John Victor Knowlton was found dead February 16 at his home on Route 3, Shepherd. 
Knowlton, a retired farmer, was born in Lincoln Township, Isabella County March 28, 
1883.
     Surviving are: a stepson, Rondel Kniffen; ten step grandchildren; 21 great 
grandchildren.
     Services will be held at the Garber Funeral Home Sunday, February 19 at 2:30 p.m. 
Reverend Lloyd Van Lente of the Shepherd Methodist Church will officiate.  Burial will 
be in Salt
River Cemetery.
