Pleasant, died Sunday, April 2, 1989, at Pleasant Manor Nursing HOme in Mt. Pleasant. Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Charles Church in Leaton with the Rev. Ron Wagner officiating. Burial will take place at the Denver Township Cemetery in Rosebush. Friends may call at the Lux Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant from 4 to 9 pm.m today and from 1 to 9 pm.m Tuesday. A prayer service has been scheduled for 8 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Henry's Building Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Mrs. Faber was born May 3 1914, in Vernon Township. She was the daughter of John and Catherine (Mitchell) McElhaney. She married Fred Faber in Toledo, OHa, May 10, 1930. He preceded her in death October 23, 1978. A lifetime resident of Isabella County, Mrs. Faber was employed at Holly Carburetor in Clare for 20 years. She was a member of the St. Charles Church and the St. Charles Altar Society. Mrs. Faber is survived by a son, Ray of Mt. Pleasant; four grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; a brother, Charles McElhaney of Mt. Pleasant; and two sisters, Mrs. Norman (Anna Margaret) Boese of Wyoming and Loretta Woodin of Rosebush.
