Seiter, age 85 of Rosebush, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 1999 in clare. Bessie was born the daughter of Norman and Minnie (VanSyckle) Wager on August 4, 1914 in Rosebush. She married Floyd Seiter on August 24, 1935 in Saginaw. Bessie had been a school teacher working for school districts in New Haven, California and Flatrock. She was a member of the Central Free Methodist Church, involved ih the bible camps and working as choir director. She was also involved in the Womens Christian Temperence Union in Rosebush, having been President at one tine. She was also a musician, and had a teaching major in Music, Biology, and English. Bessie is survived by her husband Floyd; a son Leon (Elaine) Seiter of Norton, Oh; 2 grandchildren; 3 adopted grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Many other family and friends. Bessie was predeceased by 2 brothers William and Ralph; and 3 sisters Julia, Bernice, and Gertrude. Services took place Saturday, October 2, at ll:00 am at the Central Free Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant with Rev. Richard Faulkerson officiating. Burial was in the Vernon Twp. Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Central Free Methodist Church.
