Death Certificate shows Augustus G. Cook was the son of Lewis Cook and Harriet 
Clock(?), both of New York State, male, white, married, farmer, married at age 
20, parent of 4 children, 4 living, born January 31, 1874 New York State and 
died on November 28, 1908 Gilmore Twp., Isabella Co., Mich at the age of 32 
years 9 months and 27 days, cause of death obstruction of bowels.  Informant 
was Mrs. A. G. Cook of Gilmore, Mich.  Burial was on November 30, 1908 Gilmore 
Cemetery, Mich.
