FATHER
CLARE M. STAHL
1896 - 1948

Note:  Clare Marion Stahl was the son of VanDoren and Florence Edith (Wallace) 
Stahl.  He married Ivol Ione Jacobs December 25, 1917.  They were the parents 
of six children; Kenneth VanDorn Stahl, Creola Mae "Kaye" Stahl, Arlene Zelma 
Stahl, Ivol Irene Stahl, Clare Stahl, Jr. and Jack Elsworth Stahl.  They 
eventually divorced and neither one remarried. Clare Marion Stahl was born 
July 19, 1898 in Pleasant Valley, Midland County, MI.  He passed away March 
19, 1948 in Shepherd, Isabella Co., MI. 

Ivol Ione Jacobs Stahl is buried in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant, 
Isabella Co., MI as well as their son Jack Elsworth Stahl and daughter Arlene 
Zelma (Stahl) Smith.  Clare Stahl, Jr. is buried in Calvary Cemetery, Mt. 
Pleasant, Isabella Co., MI.  Kenneth VanDorn Stahl just passed away July 14, 
2009 in Indian River, Cheyboygan Co., MI.  Not known at this time what 
cemetery he is buried in.
