In the above estate, Clara J. Baker having filed her final account as administratrix and prayed for its allowance, and due notice of hearing on said final account having been given as required by law and no person having appeared in opposition to the allowance of said account as filed . . . . IT FURTHER APPEARING that said deceased left her surviving as her heirs-at-law her husband, Charles Brandenberg, and her mother, Mary Kramer, who are entitled to inherit the residue of said estate in the proportion of one-half thereof to said husband and the remaining one-half to said Mary Kramer, since deceased. IT FURTHER APPEARING by an order of this Court that the said Mary Kramer left her surviving as her heirs-at-law her daughter, Clara Baker, and her sons, Edward Kramer, Frank Kramer and George Kramer. ....
