Jackson Citizen Patriot, October, 2000
MARKIEWICZ, BERNICE - Of Jackson, passed away Wednesday at Jackson County 
Medical Care Facility, aged 93.  Surviving are a son, Ted Markiewicz; a 
sister, Phyllis Rusicki; four granchildren and two great-grandchildren; 
several nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by her husband, Joseph and son, 
Henry.  Mrs. Markiewicz is at the S. D. Lauer Funeral Home where serices will 
be held Saturday, 10:00 a.m.  Interment St. John's Cemetery.  The family will 
receive friends Friday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
