In the fifth case, that of Martha C. Roberts against Ludd Roberts, the court refused to consider a decree because of the fact that Roberts was the woman's fourth husband. Mrs. Roberts said she didn't want a decree anyway. Pearl C. Aultman was granted a decree from Vere Aultman on the grounds of extreme cruelty. They were married in Springport Feb. 18, 1909. Ida M. Woodworth was granted a decree from Benjamin Woodworth. They were married in Spring Arbor, Feb. 11, 1892 and separated Aug. 15, 1913. Anna B. Werner was granted a decree from Rudolph B. Werner on the grounds of extreme cruelty and non support. They were married in Jackson, Nov. 30, 1908, and separated, March 30, 1913. Harriet C. Cleveland was given a decree from Raymond Cleveland on the grounds of extreme cruelty and non support. They were married Aug. 21, 1911, and separated July 8, 1914.
