Holmes Lot Monument now erected but not yest buried on. Lot 3 - The blue print shows this lot bought by J.B. Miller. To my knowledge it was sold to Herbert Edgett (Willis Henton making arrangements for him.) while he was overseas. His wife Olive was buried at the North end. She now has a marker. Later Mr. Henton had his wife Olive's mother buried next to Olive's grave, and to all intents owns the lot at this time. Noted Feb 18, 1937 Justin A. Simpson. Lot 4 - E. Henton Lot Lot 5 - W. W. Warric Lot Mrs. Warric grave center 6 feet 9 inches south of NW corner A.P. Simpson did sexton work. Another grave on lot 13 feet south of NW corner reputed to be the grave of Philander Warrick. Six feet on south end of lot vacant. Lot 8 - Byron Warric Lot This lot raised quite high. A child supposed to be buried on the south end of lot. Report Only. Lot 9 - Joseph Whitford Lot 3 Graves all markes with stones Board with J.W. on it is only for lot corner. No Grave. A.P. Simpson did sexton work. Lot 33 - Joseph Lee says a child od his brother Henry was buried here in 1854 Lot 34 - Around this lot wasonce a wooden orib made of oak. Joseph Lee says there is aman buried here who had lived at Cox Corners. He is not certain on which corner. Burial took place before he was sexton. Lot 35 - George Signore Lot Joseph Lee says there are two graves north of the stone. 3 Graves in all. Lot 36 - John P. Simmons Lot New Monument 2 Graves 2 Headstones Lot 38 Chapin Foster Lot Square Monument then there is a piece of ground, now in the the walk where Freeman Foster was buried and taken up for removal to Battle Creek. Lot 39 - Said to be Thomas Henton Lot 1 Grave ceneter about 8 feet north of south end of lot Another grave supposed to be on the lot north of the first one. Lot 40 - J. C. Chambers Lot Ernest Chambers said he thought his folks or himself would like to have this lot on account of its lying close to the lots they have already fixed up. Noted Feb. 18, 1937 Justin A. Simpson. Lot 41 - Joab Grover Lot Chas. B. Grover is buried somewhere on this lot. A.P. Simpson thinks but is not positive. The grave is just south of the stone Lot 42 - Luther Singletary Lot No stones but flowers growing. Number and location of graves not known. Roy of Galesburg. His wife's sister Caroline S. Meerick ae 85yr 9mi 25da died Feb. 14, 1937 buried at north end. Lot 48 - Vacant Lot 49 - The blue print shows this lot belongs to A. Towne Lot 1 Grave 1 Headstone 1 Footstone Lot 52 - South portion raised, it being part of a lot taken some years ago and a bot buried on the south end and Joseph Lee says the folks moved away to Prairieville and later moved the body and the monument they had erected. The south end of the old raised lot now comes in the walk. The hole and the monument base are plain to be seen. Blur print shows this lot belonging to F. Davis. Notation on enevlope indicated body was removed from Lot 68 Block 2 on this lot. Noted Feb . 18, 1937 by J.A. Lot 54 - Hugh Chambers Lot 3 Graves 3 Headstones 1 Footstone Cement Curbing Lot 55 - About 3-4 Feet NW of SW corner is a piece of wood and mound. E. Chambers says it is the grave of a child, and his folks know whose child it is. Earnest Chambers has asked for this lot. Noted Feb. 18, 1937 J. A. Lot 57 - Joseph Lee Lot 2 Graves 1 Marked with a headstone and footstone 1 just north - no mark except stake, both occupying about 6 feet of south end of lot. Lot 58 - Billington Lot A.P. Simpson says there is a grave on the south most corner of the lot, just south of Elias Billington stone. He did the sexton work. Thought to be Edmund Billington. Lot 61 - Augustus Giddings Lot 2 Graves One marked with a stone, another south of stone close to end of lot - no stone but rose bush growing on grave. Lot 62 - Elmer Chichester Lot 1 Grave marked with a stone. Luther Durrin says that William Travis told him there had been someone buried there on this lot when he wished to take the lot many years ago. Lot 63 - 66 - Vacant Lot 67 - Luther Durrin says he put a pile of field stones here himself at the request of his Aunt to mark the grave the child of her daughter. M. Saunder's Child. Lot 68 - J. Lee says Mrs. Loren Davis is buried here. Aug. 28, 1871 Lot 69 - Joseph Lee says that the wife of a man named Shugneath a frenchman who lived in E.H. Towne's house is buried here.
