	Mrs. Elona B. Abbey

	Mrs. Elona Byington Abbey, 36, Route, 5, died Tuesday in Borgess hospital after
a short illness.  She was born here June 10, 1912, daughter of the late Eugene
and Rose Byington.  She was a member of the St. Joseph church and Altar society,
Borgess Hospital Guild and the Ladies Library Association of South Comstock. 
Survivors are her husband, George R.; a daughter, Carol Anne; a son, David Dean;
a brother, Francis J. Byington; three sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Sage, Mrs. Dorothy
DeLoof and Mrs. Eugena Kellan; and several nieces and nephews.
