When just a baby the family went to Hastings, England, the former home of the parents, returning again to our country and to Vicksburg when Agnes was ten years of age. Three years later they moved to a home south of Schoolcraft, and this community was her home duirng her remianing years of life. On March 5, 1914 she was united in marriage with Ernest Burch of this village. And to this union were born 4 children: Donald of Chicago, Lyle, Evelyn and Uroyal all at home. She leaves to mourn her loss, besides her husband and children: her mother Mrs. George Taylor of Detroit, 2 sisters and 6 brothers, Fred Taylor and Mrs. Fred Stiver of this place, Harold, Reginald, Will and Mrs. Jesse Tucker of Kalamazoo and Leon and Leonard of Detroit, as well as nieces and nephews and a host of friends. She was laid to rest in Schoolcraft Cemetery beside her father, who passed away September 1, 1917. During her two years of illness she was a most cheerful person and took a great and abiding interest in her home through it all. Additional Comments: Info copied from a newspaper obituary.
