July 1, 1942, page 2, column 4 Kalamazoo Gazette, Wed. July 1, 1942, page 2, column 4 MRS. ANNA L. DOOLEY, ILL TEN DAYS, DIES Mrs. Anna L. Dooley, 80, widow of the late Martin E. Dooley, died yesterday afternoon at the home of her niece, Mrs. Margaret Redmond, 911 Mills street, where she made her home. She had been ill 10 days. She was born Sept. 6, 1861, in Richland township, the daughter of Thomas and Margaret McDonnell Adams, early residents of Kalamazoo County. She was a member of St. Joseph parish and the Altar Society, and Father Romuald Byington, who sang his first solemn mass at St. Joseph church Sunday, was a grand nephew. Surviving are a brother, Edward Adams, Detroit; two sisters, Mrs. Fred McDougal and Eleanor Adams, both of Kalamazoo, and several nieces and nephews.
