Flynn: One of the oldest and most respectable residents of Oshtemo, Edward A. Flynn passed away at 9 o'clock Thursday morning. He had been ill for some time, having been confined at Borgess hospital. Decedent was born near Ann Arbor, and moved to this city about 28 years ago. He was a veteran of the civil war, and an attendant at the First Baptist church. His wife and nine children survive him. The children are Mrs. J. H. Hubblar, of St. Louis, Missouri: Mrs. Alfred Chamberlain, of Kalamazoo: Mrs. Frank Lemons, of Vicksburg: the Misses Grace, Elsie, Ethel and Lulu Flynn and George Flynn, who live at home, and Sergeant Wilbur Flynn, of the Nineteenth New York volunteers, who is serving in the Phillippines. Two sisters, Mrs. Mary Ann Harrison, of New York city, and another living in St. Louis, Missouri, and a brother, Lawrence Flynn of Kalamazoo, also survive.
