Sophia Hartman Succumbs Sunday
Mrs. Sophia Hartman, 58 years of age, died Sunday evening at 7 o'clock at her
home in 1114 Stockbridge avenue.  She was born in Mecklemberg [sic], Germany and
came to this country 42 years ago.  She is survived by a husband and four
children.  Mrs. Robert Weber, and Edward, William and Albert Hartman, all of
Kalamazoo, also ten grandchildren.  Two sisters, Mrs. H. Rectanus and Mrs. L.
Fisher, reside in Pittsburgh, Pa.  Funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 3
o'clock from the home and at 4 o'clock from the German Lutheran church.  Rev.
Emanuel Mayer officiating.  Burial at Riverside cemetery.
