Mrs. Mannion was born Sept. 30, 1859 in Louisville, Kentucky. In 1880 she was married to John Mannion in Louisville, Kentucky and in 1911 came to Kalamazoo with her family, where she had since resided. Mrs. Mannion was an honorary member of the Altar Society of St. Joseph Church. those who survive are: Five sons: ; eleven grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; one sister, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the home, 1314 Washington Ave. on Tuesday, where the members of the St. Joseph Altar Society will meet to recite the rosary Tuesday evening at 8:30. Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock at St. Augustine Church. Burial in family lot at Mt. Olivet cemetary.
